Erin Birney is a graduate from Eastern Michigan University College of Education where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education with a Z.S. endorsement. The Z.S. endorsement qualifies her to teach in an early childhood general or special education program.
Pre- and post-graduation, Erin has had a great deal of experience working with children. Her work experience includes lead teacher positions in rooms ranging from infant to preschool age children and a long-term substitute position in a preschool GSRP classroom.
Erin’s involvement in volunteer experiences include teaching middle school faith formation classes at her church, tutoring, volunteering in the Child Life department at the hospital, and helping grant wishes to children for Make-A-Wish.
Erin is dedicated and committed to helping improve your child’s academic skills so that they can apply those skills to other areas of their life. Erin is very passionate about her work and looks forward to working with your child!
